In this interactive workshop, we’ll explore how putting educators first—alongside students—builds the foundation for a vibrant and mission-aligned school culture. Participants will learn strategies to gain a deeper understanding of what motivates their educators, discover ways to nurture creativity and leadership, and develop action plans that align educator growth with the school's vision.

This 90-minute workshop blends research, storytelling, collaboration, and reflection to help leaders:

  • Deepen their understanding of what motivates and inspires educators

  • Discover ways to nurture creativity, autonomy, and leadership

  • Develop concrete action steps to align educator growth with the school’s mission and vision


Through a series of interactive activities, participants will use practical tools such as the Educator Mapping Tool, Mission Alignment Planning Sheet, and Creativity Support Menu to better understand their team, identify alignment opportunities, and design structures that affirm educators as thinkers, creators, and human beings whose joy directly impacts student success.

The workshop can also be customized to a half-day or full-day experience, allowing teams to engage more deeply with the materials and activities. Extended sessions provide time for collaborative application, such as developing site-specific educator growth plans, co-creating creativity support systems, or conducting live mission-alignment mapping with leadership teams.
